- Job description: Build and maintain a positive risk and compliance culture in the business area team, in line with the Group’s culture and principles. Advise and support the commercial business and front-line teams on regulatory compliance matters, and on identification, measurement, monitoring and control of key risks. Champion the implementation and operation of key first-line embedded processes such as operational risk and control self-assessments, risk event reporting and client relationship management. Perform ongoing monitoring and oversight of outsourced compliance and risk functions, and periodically perform assessments of performance and suitability of internal and external outsourcing partners. Own the development, implementation and oversight of risk and compliance assurance programmes for the business line.
