- Job description: Ensure all top day trades are allocated, cleared & accepted in a timely & efficient manner. Work closely with front office brokers, assisting with all queries & requirements. Deal Entry into in-house systems and external exchange systems. Configure & monitor counterparty commission rates. Daily monitoring & problem resolution of downstream internal system feeds & processes. Report and escalate issues to the OTC Supervisor & Clearing manager. Provide back office administration support as required. Assist the Brokerage Department with queries.
