- Job description: Work with the Sales team, in particularly the APAC Sales team and the Derivative Engine to fulfil the requested revenues budget maximizing the profitability from the flows originated. Manage the risks arising from the activity, complying with the allocated risk limits. Work in cooperation with Quant and IT team to improve the tools and the processes of the trading desk. Collaborate with sales/broking functions to originate hedging solutions and structured transactions, with a cross product selling mind set. Collaborate with central operations functions which support the trading role including but not limited to Operations and Technology. Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the FCA. Adhere to the operational risk framework. At all times complying with the FCA’s Code of Conduct. Carry out regulatory activities under the Marex Financial trading books.
