  • Job description: Identify the internal training needs and initiate training strategies for all Departments. Coordinate and conduct the induction training for the Business Development Managers and Customer Support Officers. Design training programs from scratch – from the initial idea through planning, implementation, review, and outcome analysis and deliver on-going training interventions for all offices. Upgrade the training materials in accordance with the business needs. Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and program effectiveness. Review new training techniques and suggest enhancements to existing training tools/programs. Prepare reports to communicate the outcome of training activities to the management.
