- Job description: Have responsibility for critical day-to-day functions of the US Operations team working with the Head of Operations. The scope includes clients’ money movement activities, client onboarding processes, risk management of the operations functions, and working with other departments to ensure end to end operations functions are cared for on a day-to-day basis. Help drive improvements in operational processes working with the Head of US Operations and US and Global teams. Partner with eToro Global to run key areas of the US operation day-to-day functions leveraging global intercompany operations capability. Make data-driven business decisions and has the experience to anticipate issues before they become critical problems. Work cross-functionally and solve operations challenges. Execute initiatives that have dependencies outside of your reporting line. Help develop and mentor individuals who report to you.
