- Job description: Assist manager with maintaining department policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Ensure physical deliveries and cash settlements processing is complete as required. Facilitate position management and reporting. Ensure proper facilitation of option expirations and assignments. Monitor all department tasks are completed in a timely manner to minimize firm risk. Create and revise current processes and procedures to maximize group effectiveness. Establish proper escalation protocols issues; mediate where required. Identify and supply metrics to measure efficiency and performance; create and generate reports to senior management; monitor personnel and resources. Maintain staff by orienting, and training employees; develop personal growth opportunities as well as assist in mediating issues which arise within responsible groups. Oversee all Deliveries staff and complete mid-year and year-end performance reviews. Collaborate with all managerial staff to provide the best Operational experience for brokers, customers, etc. Lead monthly employee meetings to communicate and measure expectations.
