- Job description: Be responsible for analyzing the firm’s portfolio of physical commodity trades, and assessing its exposure to movements in commodity, rate and, fx markets. Be responsible for designing derivative strategies to mitigate those market risks on a portfolio level, for pricing and managing market exposures in each physical group, and for designing, building, and pricing additional products and tools our physical trading teams can offer the market.Provide real-time pricing, risk management, and structuring feedback to physical traders. Monitor valuation and risk models/reporting for our physical and financial portfolio. Properly handle client requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation to a more senior team members if necessary.Daily customer interaction regarding order placement, execution, and fills. Maintain an excellent level of customer service with clients both internal and external.
