- Job description: Monitor the functioning of all trading systems and platforms. Assist clients with queries regarding trading and the instruments available for use by the client. Monitor the flow of transactions of all HFM clients. Monitor activity in world markets on a continuous basis. Highlight critical markets events that have the potential to considerably move market prices. Investigate and resolve client complaints and requests regarding trading. Investigate irregular transactions of clients. Perform competitive analysis on all products and highlight potential improvements. Create analysis reports related to client trading activity on demand. Offer training for dealers to carry out their duties effectively.
