- Job description: Monitor the operations of the trading platforms with regards to reception and transition of client’s orders. Execute client's transactions. Follow daily procedures and producing daily reporting. Investigate, respond to clients' queries in a timely and accurately manner. Keep up with daily market news and economic events. Investigate, troubleshoot, analyze various trading system performance, activities. Participate in Dealing Department projects and leading assigned internal projects. Assist Senior Dealers and the key stakeholders in their projects. Assist in developing new procedures and solutions. Solve complex queries and issues without need of assistance.
