- Job description: Draft and revise policies and procedures. Prepare and submit reports to the relevant authorities. Audit existing processes, identify weaknesses, and prepare reports for the senior management/Board of Directors with suggestions for corrective actions. Evaluate new business ideas, assess risks and give expert opinions. Review regulatory requirements, assess the impact on operations and update the compliance monitoring program. Ensure ongoing compliance and collaborate with relevant parties to meet reporting obligations. Perform or overview all the functions of an Anti-Money Laundering Officer. Maintain up to date compliance records. Keep abreast of internal procedures and global CFDs and RegTech regulatory developments. Address employees’ questions and advice on compliance matters. Monitor communications with customers and review marketing material. Review, investigate and assist with the resolution of client complaints. Serve as the primary liaison with relevant regulatory authorities.
