- Job description: Set up a compliance function and oversee compliance activities across the company. Provide support in the development of adequate policies and procedures to meet the compliance requirements of CySEC and other applicable rules and regulations. Be responsible for reviewing and approving marketing material as per the relevant legislation, make suggestions accordingly in order to be compliant with the regulation. Provide support in the design of the Internal practices, processes, procedures, and controls relevant to the prevention of Money Laundering. Assist in tracking regulatory changes and ensure that needed changes are implemented in a timely manner. Provide support with internal compliance audits and regulators. Provide compliance and AML advice to the management and ensuring that are understood and implemented appropriately. Respond to Compliance inquiries. Comply with KYC requirements and keep records in our database updated.
