- Job description: Review, guidance and delegation to subordinates in relation to compliance projects and various regulatory matters. Assist and maintain the Company’s Compliance as per the internal Compliance Monitoring Plan. Monitor and assist in any usual and/or ad-hoc compliance reporting obligations. Assist in the preparation of Annual Compliance Reports and/or any other compliance-related ad-hoc regulatory requirements. Prepare training materials and compliance circulars as these should be circulated among the Departments of the Company from time to time. Maintain and update the internal policies in line with regulatory requirements. Monitor and assess the correct and effective implementation of compliance policies and procedures. Handle a diverse range of compliance relating tasks. Stay up to date with relevant regulatory requirements, evolving Compliance and regtech practices in the financial services sector.
