- Job description: Review corporate processes and procedures and ensure that they comply with the law. AML reviews. Ensure that company operations comply with internal standards. Trains and educates staff to colleagues in order for them to be informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines. Acts as contact person and liaison between department heads and senior management. Conduct regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with the law. Report to the Board and the Group Compliance officer. Conduct AML checking on the clients. Deposit/withdrawals daily monitoring. Ensure all related reporting is submitted to JSC in due course. Liaise with the regulators.
