- Job description: Manage and optimize spot crypto trading and ensure a seamless client experience. Design and support crypto derivatives products (e.g. futures) for retail clients. Develop and execute strategies to increase adoption and market share of crypto products. Oversee wallet operations and infrastructure, including integrations and custodians. Develop and maintain staking product offerings in collaboration with compliance and tech teams. Support the full product lifecycle from research and design to launch and refinement. Monitor the crypto market landscape and competitor offerings to stay ahead of trends. Analyze client feedback and improve the user experience, especially around onboarding, staking, and transaction flows. Ensure accuracy and efficiency of price feeds and trading infrastructure across crypto instruments. Assist in implementing risk management strategies to protect product integrity and client trust. Work closely with internal teams (compliance, legal, tech, risk, dealing) to deliver high-quality, compliant product solutions. Develop and execute strategies to increase adoption and market share of crypto products. Keep up to date with DeFi trends, wallet protocols, staking-as-a-service solutions, and new token economies that may affect client offerings.
