  • Job description: Deliver a superior client experience. Become a product expert in all trade-related issues. Resolve any trade concerns in a professional manner. This will involve strong cross communication between multiple departments to ensure client issues are solved effectively. Look for ways to enhance all client service experiences on the phone by ensuring processes are efficient and any issues are diligently dealt with and solved effectively. Pay extreme attention to detail. Assist in entering client trade requests in the most diligent manner. Be collaborative and communicate with various teams executing exchanges, technology support, risk and credit, settlements, and client services to ensure proper handling and success of client issues. Perform other duties as assigned.
