- Job description: Open new retail and institutional clients. Perform periodic regulatory reviews. Write contracts and set up relationships for External Asset Managers and other partners. Deal with account management tasks such as commission templates and power of attorney agreements. Office management related to making and receiving orders for the whole office (stationery, water, coffee and tea etc.). Collect and process incoming mail from prospective clients and scanning documentation.
