- Job description: Support the deployment of new algorithms, clients and markets. Keep a global updated view of all algorithmic trading operations. Trade execution across crypto spot, perpetuals and options; and hedging both crypto and FX related exposure. Trading operations including asset rebalancing across multiple CEXs and DEXs; and facilitating settlement of assets against several trading counterparties. Preventative actions by spread adaptations and configuring conditions, pricing and exposure thresholds on algorithmic trading bots. Monitor closely client service level agreements are met and evaluating trading performance using internal, exchange and on-chain data. Keep track of the treasury, and liaising with the finance team on accounting for asset balances across operations. Keep track of and reporting technical and financial problems and providing support to the dev team for improvement. Develop trading indicators for use in live trading strategies with a focus on SLA adherence and alpha generation. Perform post trade analysis to improve trading strategies. Act as a point of call internally on trading and market related insights. Liaise with the Commercial team to provide insights to market making clients on trading performance and service level agreement requirements.
