  • Job description: Perform daily reconciliations of transactions between PSPs (Payment Service Providers), client banks, and internal platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness. Reconcile settlements and top-ups with banks and PSPs, ensure all transactions are correctly recorded and discrepancies are promptly addressed. Identify and resolve discrepancies and variances in reconciliations, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions. Maintain detailed records of reconciliations and discrepancies, ensuring all issues are documented and tracked until resolution. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve reconciliation issues and discrepancies promptly. Assist in the development and maintenance of reconciliation procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare regular reconciliation reports, highlighting key findings, trends, and areas requiring attention.
