- Job description: Monitor the correct execution of orders and responding to any irregularities. Analyze cryptocurrency projects and prepare business and technical specifications necessary for their implementation on the platform. Monitor the crypto market to expand XTB’s product offering. Support the introduction of new products, including cooperation with other internal departments. Cooperate with external crypto-related service providers. Expand internal company knowledge about cryptocurrencies. Handle customer complaints. Implement solutions and practices that streamline and automate work processes.
