“No deposit bonus” is available only once to the trading account of the new client before making trading operations. This action applies to real trading accounts of type STANDARD, registered since 16.12.2014. Getting the bonus will be available only in the case of complete verification of client’s personal data. You can get “No Deposit Bonus” not later than 5 business days from the date of registration of your account. No deposit bonus is equal to 15 $ (or equivalent in EUR, RUR). Trading account, received no deposit bonus, cannot participate in other actions and services of the company as long as the bonus will not be fully worked out. From the trading account that which is connected to partnership program, a partnership fee is not charged as long as the bonus will not be fully worked out. The client which receives "No Deposit Bonus" can not take a part in the quiz from our company To receive the bonus client must send a request to our [email protected], specify the login of trading account and commentary "No Deposit Bonus". Withdrawal from the trading account is not available during the period of the bonus. Period of validity of bonus is 3 months since it is charged on a trading account. If the bonus is not worked out for 3 months, it will be written down from the client's trading account. Funds deposited as a bonus available for withdrawal / transfer after committing at least 50 full trading operations with total volume equal to the value of bonus money / 1 (on USD and EUR accounts). For RUR accounts - not less than 50 full trading a total volume equal to the value of bonus money / 40. Recording is kept on any trading volume. When working out the bonus deleted and canceled pending orders don’t count, and market orders contrary to paragraph 6.12 "Customer Agreement" don’t count as well. The Company may amend the terms of the action at any time. If identifying the violations in the terms of action or using the bonus funds otherwise, except for its intended purpose, the Company reserves the right to cancel the forex bonus and profits made with the use of bonus funds, unilaterally and without explanation.

My account is new account registered earlier but verification completed yesterday and i received email today that my account is verified now.
But when i click on "Get Bonus" in no-deposit section it says that you can avail this only in 5days after registration.

Registration and account opening is the same thing.
So it means that you have registered an account a long time ago.

You should change this no-deposit avail policy to be applies from date of activation / verification.
How can i send the request earlier my account was under verification.
Now i am asking for bonus just after received verification email from your company.
You should learn first that your policies doesn't allow to avail no-deposit bonus before verification.
That is why it is completely your fault
