they already got warning from italy government and iam also filing case against them. their scams are immense. everyone is feeling happy coz of 100% bonus but their activities and ego problem is huge. inspite of getting resolution through skrill they are not will to give payment.
they have no regulation. no daily statement, quotes are wrong. they trade the account if account has any withdrawal request. and 200 employees and all is fake they dont have any regular employees also. they outsourced chat and chat update them and they ignore the issues.
all the positive remarks are mostly from their company employees. professional cheaters. and cheep people.
coming to my issue.
i opened trading account with www.trade12.com on 20th jan submitted all document got verified and i funded the account. and on 3rd feb 2017 i requested for my first withdrawal. i was told not to trade when i request for withdrawal and so i kept on waiting. and on 13th feb i cancelled the request and 15th i requested for complete amount withdrawal and since then all reply i get is withdrawal is in initial status. and waiting for update. and on 1st march i asked for status and i was told that it would be processed but instead they did a big criminal activity. first on that day they traded my account with huge volume and made account negative. and not only that they traded in eurrub and it was traded at place where market never quoted and still the price in which they traded out my account never quoted till now iam attaching the snapshot of the trade for your reference. in 30 sec it showed negative 4000. that is one issue and another one is morning i took a position in gbpusd and by evening the order price is changed i am attaching the journal for your reference. all the above incidents happened more than one month and till now all answer i was getting is checking into the issue. and they leave it. everyday i keep asking and everyday i get same answer. so i approached skrill payment method i used. and skrill asked trade12 to refund the deposit. i accepted that as the issue is for small amount so i agreed for refund of deposit and letting go my profits and also letting go above issue. and trade12 ego is so that they are not processing that also. still their answer is same checking the issue. and forgetting about it. so iam forced to bring this issue to your organization. as i have seen lots of complaints against the company and also Italy government have already warned them to change their wrong activities. and they say indian are like this keep complaining. instead of giving answer they try to provoke me saying region as excuse and avoiding my issue..is what i confusing me. please accept this as official complaint against the company www.trade12.com if iam wrong iam ready to accept the consequences. i have all their chat records their trade records and all proofs. please give me opportunity to give all info in details to file case against the company www.trade12.com. and also using one registration number (global fin limited) and running more than one website.

Stavo per cominciare con un'altro broker perche mi piacevano le loro condizioni, pero' prima di cominciare con loro ho ricevuto una chiamata da trade12 e quando il ragazzo mi ha spiegato le condizioni mi ha fatto cambiare idea. E' il secondo mese che faccio trading con trade12 e mi sento abbastanza bene e apparte alcuni problemi causati da me all'inizio, tutto e andato bene. Sto per fare il primo prelievo per confermare al 100% l'affidabilita' del broker.

Dopo aver prelevato con loro il mese scorso mi son tolto ogni dubbio per l'affidabilita' di questo broker. Ho trovato i soldi sul conto 10 giorni dalla richiesta di prelievo. All'inizio ero un po' scettico a quanto riguarda il trading. Quindi ho cominciato con un piccola somma e dopo aver guadagnato circa 25% del mio deposito ho alimentato il mio conto. Non so se e'questione di fortuna o capacita' del mio account manager ma mi sto trovando benissimo al momento e intendo a continuare.

La trade12 è una società affidabile e molto seria. Io sono un loro cliente da molto tempo e non ho mai avuto il minimo problema nell’esecuzione delle procedure burocratiche. L’unica cosa che porto con rimorso è aver fatto delle operazioni di pancia senza aver chiesto consulenza a chi mi segue ma cmq è una cosa che cade sulla mia responsabilità per il resto posso dire che sono molto contento.

I'm a little confused by trading and the way it functions but I think it's a nice idea to start gaining from home. I'm always free at the afternoon and I've been suggested trading as a good way to spend my free time and have a little profit maybe. I know that the risk exists to lose your savings but I only tend to trade in small amounts. Some of my friends told me to start with this broker because I'm a beginner. I'll get informed these days and I think I'll open an account with them

Riguardo alla Trade12 posso dare solo le seguenti motivazioni: piattaforma con server dedicato,capitale iniziale molto contenuto, spread bassi e riducibili, piattaforma MT4, funzionante senza nessun tipo di ritardo/lentezza sugli ordini , ritiro nelle tempistiche previste, ottimo servizio clienti. Il tutto ovviamente testato durante la mia esperienza con loro.

Sono stato contattato ultimamente da questo numero pero' al momento non sono interessato perche' faccio trading con un'altro broker. Il broker attuale non mi sta aiutando moltissimo con i segnali e consigli pero' non posso cambiare al momento perche devo completare le operazioni richieste per poter fare il prelievo. Comunque se la situazione del servizio non cambia molto probabilmente cerchero' di cambiare e forse prendo in considerazione la proposta di trade12 siccome i miei amici fanno trading con loro.

Essendo che faccio trading da circa 1 anno e i miei guadagni sono minimi perche la maggior parte delle operazioni che il mio consulente mi ha suggerito sono state negative, ho pensato a cambiare. Ho fatto la richiesta di prelievo da 15 giorni e il mio broker attuale sembra che non mi vuole restituire i miei soldi. Nel fratempo mi son messo in contatto con trade12 perche da quanto ho visto ha delle condizioni favorevoli e forse guadagno un po' di piu' con loro.

I've had negative experiences trading online all by myself. Like all starters I searched on the internet and asked the help of the first broker I found because I were tired of losing money constantly. I registered at a site and made a deposit so I would be helped by a professional but it was a delusion. They called me only a few times and suggested some operations, from which the last of them was a disaster. After this they didn't call anymore even though I made different attempts to reach them again. At the end I let go and started serarching for another broker, so here I am. I'm operating with trade12 from 5 months and have had only a few disagreements, nothing serious compared with my previous experience. The account manager alerts me with good trading signals continuosly andI want to mention the customer service that is available at any time for information. I'm satisfied with the profits which are rising at a medium rate. I would recommend this broker to anyone, especially to starters like me.

Ho chiuso il conto con trade12 per fare trading con un altro broker e mi son gia pentito. Il supporto del broker attuale e abbastanza scarso. Al momento ho fatto il deposito e nessuno mi chiama per darmi qualche indicazione, non ho ancora ricevuto dei segnali e il supporto non risponde. Il bonus e stato alto ma a che serve. Mi mancano i giorni in cui facevo trading con trade12 forse ritorno di nuovo da loro.

I have been used to brokers that didnt care about their small customers. In the past years I have had some bad experiences with two brokers. They supported me at the beginning while I deposited a considerable amount and then when I started making small operations they forgot about me. However I was suggested to join this broker by some friends of mine and until now everything is going fine.

The Usa elections helped me gain what I had lost by trading by myself. I also gained some extra money. However it wouldnt have happened if it wasnt for my managers advice. He is so capable in doing his job and never disappoints me.

Nothing to complain about trade12. They've treated me right from the start and have been very patient with me . I admit I've been a little bit boring at the start but the customer support guys are professional and managed to fulfill my requests.

In my opinion trading is an excellent way to make money from home, but one of the most important things about trading is the information you receive from the broker. I dont have time to follow all the information in internet so my broker makes it easier for me with the information they give.
