  • Job description: Drive the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives. Be responsible of customer value KPIs. Develop and execute the overall CRM strategy. Create personalized experiences for each audience segment teaming up with the Customer Experience area. Define and document briefs, business rules, technical requirements, system integrations and process for lifecycle marketing campaigns. Work with marketing, product, technology and BI teams to advance systems and data/tech requirements to continually improve the amount of intelligence for relevant, real-time trigger based marketing. Advance the automation, trigger and behavior based customized marketing. Ensure all campaigns have key metrics identified, tracked and analyzed. Establish best practice and ensure that is shared.
