  • Job description: Develop the HR strategies to support the business objectives and staff requirements. Organize and develop the HR department, develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Understand and implement the company’s policies and procedures. Acquire talent by identifying and approaching suitable candidates. Develop and implement the whole recruiting process. Acquire employees’ documents according to CySEC requirements, manage the immigration status applications and employ authorization for employees. Maintain employee records. Ensure compliance laws and regulations. Develop the corporate culture of the company, appraisals and development plans. Organize team building activities. Carry out disciplinary procedures and exit procedures. Manage the personnel at the HR department.
