- Job description: Report to the Head of Compliance and Board of Directors making recommendations for the department. Monitor and assess the level of AML/CFT compliance risk of the company ensuring compliance with CySEC. Design and implement the company’s Compliance Monitoring Program. Prepare the Annual Compliance Officer Report. Monitor the company’s complaint handling policy. Ensure that the company’s reporting obligations and relevant notifications to CySEC are made. Liaise with the company’s auditors providing necessary information. Be updated with changes in the legal framework. Ensure the Company’s correspondence with regulators and authorities are kept in an electronic and hard copy form.
