- Job description: Be responsible of conducting risk-based monitoring. Respond to compliance and regulatory queries. Review, advise and ensure compliance on new regulations, regulatory developments and changes to legislation. Perform AML and KYC checks. Maintain in compliance files, manuals, audit records and procedures. Help to develop the internal AML/CFT compliance manuals, policies and procedures, and ensure their implementation. Be responsible of identifying, examining and reporting any suspicious activities related to money laundering and terrorist financing. Deal with client complaints.
