- Job description: Plan, coordinate, and manage a team of senior individual contributors. Be responsible of overseeing the production and development hardware. Escalate and communicate emergency issues, followed by root cause analysis reporting. Team up with Legal and Compliance for any security incident or breach containment, assessment, mitigation, and reporting. Work with company stakeholders to provide necessary infrastructure, including capacity planning. Be responsible of the vendor management, including procurement and escalation when problems arise. Identify areas of system improvement.
