- Job description: Administrate and support the salesforce database. Provide assistance and support with projects or any type of requests. Create and maintain reports for the salesforce admin team. Notify users if any issues occur with any system salesforce team is responsible for, notify the staff about maintenance or downtimes. Provide end-users with technical support. Train users on new features. Be responsible of creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies and salesforce configuration. Work and deploy Sandbox environment to test all changes to business logic. Assist with testing Apex development in testing environment.
