- Job description: Follow and enhance the established project governance framework. Maintain the Group Operations’ “Book of Work”. Provide delivery transparency across projects including benefits, costs & resourcing profiles, scheduling and scope. Ensure the accurate monitoring and prompt escalation of risks and issues. Facilitate prioritization of decisions to accommodate new deliverables, ensuring impact to the existing book of work is acknowledged and tracked. Monitor new initiatives, the implementation success and post-delivery benefit tracking.
