- Job description: Be responsible of the full cycle processing of multi-state payroll using ADP's WorkforceNow. Process complex payments for new hires and terminations, bonuses and commissions. Resolve payroll related inquiries and response to employees. Remain up to date on changing payroll regulations for the cities and states where FXCM operates. Maintain Time and Attendance access for employees, train new users. Process timesheets, prepare reports for various departments and management, administer expatriate process. Research and analyze payroll data, make recommendations, and drive plans of action. Coordinate with HR on various projects and process improvement initiatives.
