- Job description: Provide executive business-related assistance to the CEO and the COO, assist them to execute their front and back end deployment strategic and operational decisions. Supervise people, execute tasks and projects, review and change processes as per requests of the CEO and COO. Assist and executive business development initiatives and analyze business trends. Supervise account managers’ productivity, trends and remuneration; as well as the management tools of global account management force and supervision of teams. Sort, study and analyses data generated from several departments, review and implement proactive required changes.
