- Job description: Provide VIP clients with market information, quote prices, change S/L and T/P accept limit orders. Managing private client relationship, ensure the client satisfaction. Use the EF trading market to update market information. Perform a benchmark on the company’s rates with competitors, advise on the most appropriate rate to be adopted. Be responsible of opening and closing the VIP Client Relationship desk at the specified hours. Be updated about the market information. Training clients to use the products and platforms. Assist clients with any issue including account & trading issues.
