- Job description: Assist in evaluating and executing M&A transactions. Help to formulate corporate finance strategy for the Group, evaluate the capital structure options and execute related transactions. Be part of the team shaping the corporate strategy. Partner and support on presentations and discussions like presentations at broker-sponsored conferences and meetings, company-hosted conferences and meetings. Collaborate in analysts' discussions with the CEO to verify understanding of strategy and direction. Support visits by senior leaders to institutional investors. Create regular feedback reports, convey them through oral and written presentations and reports to the CEO, CFO and Executive for use in presenting to the Board.
