- Job description: Make outbound telephone calls to prospects that have opened an IG demo account. Provide front-line support to demo clients, answer queries and educate them about the product offering. Understand the client’s needs and previous experience. Coordinate with the Account Opening and Compliance departments to ensure that pending applications are activated in accordance with procedures and local regulatory requirements.
