- Job description: Maintain a detailed awareness of, report on and assist in the management of compliance and conduct risk. Oversight the firm’s market abuse surveillance capabilities. Act as a point of escalation, peer review and decision making for the prompt analysis of orders and trading suspected. Provide assistance regarding external regulatory investigations. Represent IG in meetings with regulators. Provide compliance advice and impact analysis. Prepare draft firm wide compliance policies, procedures and enhancement of systems and processes. Provide adequate and risk-based compliance monitoring. Respond day to day queries, training and assistance in the development and implementation of necessary ad hoc business changes.
