- Job description: Provide compliance advisory to front line and operational business units. Conduct compliance monitoring activities. Assist with maintenance of policies and procedures. Engage in the dispute management process. Assist with any compliance related work. Ensure proper documentation and audit trail. Generate reports and data for internal and external stakeholders, regulators, and internal and external auditors. Register representatives for relevant regulatory exams, perform due diligence checks prior to submission, ensure continuing training requirements are met. Execute the licensing and review of the Fit & Proper status of the company’s RNF register.
