- Job description: Make recommendations for the department, monitor and assess the level of compliance risk. Review, update, monitor and assess the Company's policies and procedures, ensure compliance with CySEC. Help with the implementation of the Company’s Compliance Monitoring Program. Draft written reports in relation to Company’s compliance function. Respond to CySEC requests, liaise with CySEC officers. Prepare and maintain records of Company’s correspondence with CySEC. Be updated about changes in the legal framework. Respond to compliance enquiries. Prepare training material for Company’s staff. Review Company’s agreements, make recommendations to the Head of Compliance.
