- Job description: Conduct daily market surveillance of all trading on the Exchange, review for signs of potential market abuse. Assist in investigations about rule violations of the Exchange. Conduct surveillance activities and case responsibilities, communicate the analysis and findings to department management. Prepare written reports in situations involving material rule violations, presented to Exchange disciplinary committees. Conduct compliance ad-hoc monitoring for potential rule violations. Help with audit and regulatory requests from the CFTC and internal audit. Monitor and respond to customer and internal questions for compliance.
