- Job description: Write business cases. Conduct business analysis for complex Projects and Programs. Gather requirements. Facilitate solution options, viability and cost discussions. Produce ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ process models as required. Write Business Requirements Document (BRD). Conduct analysis and change control for any significant new project requirements. Participate in IG’s scrum development process as required per project, clarify requirements. Input risk analysis and mitigation planning. Perform follow up analysis on projects after go-live to measure success and contribute to project retrospectives. Identify and develop relationship with stakeholders, challenge them where appropriate and report them on analysis progress.
