- Job description: Develop and implement the People Strategy and better people management practices. Manage organizational change and talent in the area. Support the senior team with Operating model work and organization design. Construct a valuable relationship with local senior management to act as a connection between HR and the rest of the business. Be the escalation point for HR issues, educate the business on the correct HR processes/teams to use. Play the owner role of the engagement data along with the local senior team, use the insight to inform their people agenda and drive improvements on engagement. Deliver training to upskill and influence the assigned area.
