- Job description: Answer prospective clients' inquiries. Manage all stages of the On-Boarding project for institutional clients (KYC, risk, institutional setup, technical integration, funds/positions transfers, training). Act as a liaison with other internal departments such as Sales, Broker Operations, Clearing, Compliance, Funds & Banking and our Institutional Services Desk. Assist clients with trading platform configuration and other client interfaces. Manage client related projects. Analyze existing systems and procedures, recommend and assist in the implementation of enhancements. Participate in client meetings.
