- Job description: Work with managers and staff to develop training experiences to positively impact staff performance. Create, implement and maintain learning materials used to train staff, applying knowledge of key principles for adult learning. Research and implement 3rd party training experiences that support staff performance. Lead the onboarding process of new staff. Organize, plan and administer training events. Liaise with US-based Client Services staff to obtain existing training materials and resources.
