- Job description: Manage and act as owner of the Company’s internal controls over financial reporting in compliance with section 404 of the SOX Act of 2002. Ensure completion of quarterly financial control sub-certifications. Develop and train personnel to execute controls according to company policies. Oversee the Company’s accounting policies. Perform accounting research, stay current on changes to accounting pronouncements and guidance under U.S. GAAP. Complete quarterly closing processes. Help with the month end consolidation process. Carry out the intercompany process and support the external reporting process. Work with external audit to coordinate substantive testing procedures, controls testing, and review of financial statements in a timely and efficient manner.
