- Job description: Liaise with internal and external auditors and local authorities. Prepare the Company’s corporate documentation. Review KYC of clients, transactions and of counterparties corporate documentation and agreements signed between the Company with counterparties. Providing guidance about compliance with regulations imposed by CySEC, ESMA etc. Design internal practice, measures, procedures and controls and periodically review and update them. Perform AML duties.
