- Job description: Assists new customers to open accounts. Answer to enquiries, amend existing accounts, maintain client records, and liaise with appropriate departments. Handle welcome calls/call-back requests and back-office queries. Maintain contact with existing clients. Provide general information regarding platforms and services. Supporting clients and deal with their complaints. Provide support and troubleshooting on platforms. Team up with the marketing departments to plan events and campaigns. Educate the customer where applicable.
