- Job description: Review and advise on legal implications of internal policies and procedures. Ensure that all activities adhere to the license requirements. Conduct relevant informative training to staff. Advise the Back Office on any necessary changes or actions with regards to procedures. Stay informed of industry issues, changes and trends. Work with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution. Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk. Develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of issues.
