  • Job description: Be responsible for deliverability of all communications across the group. Support the roll of global Comms & CRM programmes. Work with stakeholders to understand their objectives. Inform & shape objectives, while defining and executing a strategy that enables an evolving best-in-class CRM. Ensure best practice on any comms & CRM. Own the operational relationship with our 3rd party email, SMS and Push platform providers. Represent the Comms & CRM Operations team. Be responsible for a smooth BAU operation. Work with stakeholders to define key CRM & Comms metrics, deliver reports. Be the expert for all data that powers global CRM & Comms. Be updated about CRM and marketing automation technologies.
