- Job description: Perform AML review and sign off (for high risk, corporate accounts). Assist Compliance Department to execute the Compliance monitoring plan. Assist to prepare for and ensure the smooth running of regulatory visits. Develop and review of ICAAP, Regulatory Business Plan, Controllers report, Account Opening Procedures and other regulatory documents. Review local DFSA consultation papers and providing summary to SEO/CO/RO. Prepare, update and develop IGL policy and process across the business. Train staff members. Liaise with Account opening, client booking and credit. Assist in client cash allocations and withdrawals for IGL bank accounts. Represent back/middle in management structure.
