- Job description: Give legal assistance in international business projects and in legal matters in general. Research, advise and establish new legal structures & models globally. Be involved in Company strategy realization. Prepare and/or review legal agreements of the business, including terms of business with clients. Be involved in negotiations with partners and rollout of contracts & projects. Design and maintain a scalable and flexible legal structure. Represent FXTM in possible disputes. Keep legal documentations and files in structured order. Create and support FXTM policies and procedures.
