- Job description: Report functionally to Global General Counsel at Saxo Bank A/S. Act as a member of various firm and Saxo Group committees. Be the key point of contact throughout the Saxo Group for Legal, Compliance, Regulatory and governance matters. Advise on, draft and review internal policy and procedure documentation. Creation Legal MI. Represent SCML at various industry bodies and associations. Advise on, draft and review client and business documentation. Manage contentious matters that escalate above initial complaints. Deal with queries and investigations by police and NCA. Manage relationships with panel of external legal counsel. Advise and work related to the full Saxo Bank Group offering of products and services.
