Drive the legal aspect of the Remuneration Policy, policy on Risk Takers and Long-Term Incentive Program. Execute and handle employee related documentation. Implement new relevant legislation. Update and improve relevant templates and documents. Resolve individual employee disputes. Provide relevant Legal training and updates to the global HR organization. Draft, implement and review relevant HR policies and procedures. Ensure continuous implementation and interpretation of the Collective Agreement in cooperation with FA.
